Terms of Use

1. Parties

The Service is provided by: ELLISEKIZ LLC (address: 30 North Gould Street, Suite 100, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States; email: [email protected]). In these terms it is referred to as “we”. The natural or legal person using the Service is referred to as “you”. If you use the Service on behalf of a company or an agency, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these terms.

2. Description of the service

The Service consists of the following components:

• Free audit: crawls the public pages of a website without requiring an account and produces a report containing technical SEO findings and a health score.
• Dashboard: by signing in with your Google account, you can add your sites, follow your audits, and connect your Google Search Console and Google Analytics accounts to see your search and traffic data together with the audit findings.

The Service is currently in a free beta phase. Features may be added, changed or removed without prior notice; interruptions may occur during the beta.

3. Account

• Accounts can be created only by signing in with Google; you must be at least 18 years old.
• You are responsible for the actions taken through your account. The actions of the people you add to your workspace are also the responsibility of the workspace owner.
• If you notice unauthorized use of your account, report it immediately to [email protected].

4. Acceptable use

When using the Service, you agree not to:

• use the Service for the purpose of putting load on a third party's site, slowing it down or taking it offline;
• attempt to circumvent audit quotas and rate limits (e.g., by starting bulk audits from a large number of IP addresses or with automated tools);
• attempt to direct our crawler at internal network addresses, areas that require signing in, or resources you are not authorized to access;
• attempt to access, through the Service, Search Console or Analytics data that does not belong to you or that you are not authorized to access;
• test or circumvent the Service's security measures, or attempt to obtain its source code through reverse engineering (you can write to us to report security vulnerabilities);
• use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

In the event of use that violates these rules, we reserve the right to stop the relevant audits, restrict access or close the account.

5. Our crawler and audited sites

Audits are performed by our crawler, SeolinBot. SeolinBot follows robots.txt rules, sends at most one request per second to the target site, and reads only public pages. It is technically possible for you to audit a site that belongs to someone else; however, you may not use the audit results to harm the owner of that site or in a misleading way.

6. Google services

Search Console and Google Analytics connections are optional and work with read-only access. The use of this data is subject to the Limited Use disclosure in the Privacy Policy. You can remove a connection at any time from within the Service or from your Google account settings. Your use of Google's services is also subject to Google's own terms; the completeness and accuracy of Google data are Google's responsibility (e.g., Search Console does not report some queries for privacy reasons).

7. Fees

The Service is free during the beta. If paid plans are offered in the future, the fees and terms will be announced in advance; you will not be charged before you switch to a paid plan.

8. Intellectual property and your data

• The Service's software, design, brand and content belong to us. You are granted a personal, non-transferable and non-exclusive right to use the Service within the framework of these terms.
• Your data (your list of sites, the data from the accounts you connect) belongs to you. You authorize us to process this data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
• You may freely use audit reports for your own business and your clients.

9. Nature of the results

Reports and recommendations are for informational purposes. Search engines' ranking algorithms are not under our control; implementing the recommendations does not guarantee any particular ranking, traffic or revenue outcome. Before implementing a recommendation, you need to assess your site's situation yourself.

10. Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”; we do not guarantee that it will operate without interruption or error. To the extent permitted by applicable legislation, we are not liable for indirect damages (including loss of profit, loss of data and loss of business) arising from the use of, or the inability to use, the Service. This limitation does not apply in cases of intent or gross negligence, and your rights arising from consumer legislation remain unaffected.

11. Termination of the service

You may close your account at any time; to do so, simply write to [email protected]. If these terms are violated, we may suspend or close your account. If we discontinue the Service entirely, we will give at least 30 days' prior notice so that you can export your data.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. We announce material changes by email or by a notice within the Service before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after a change means that you accept the updated terms.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules. The rights of users acting as consumers under mandatory consumer protection legislation, and their right to apply to consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts, remain unaffected.
