We use a single address for every question, support request and data request about Seolin. Below you'll find where to write for each topic, and which document to check for requests about your data.

You can use the same address for support, privacy and data requests; putting the topic of your request in the subject line speeds things up.
Where to write about what
- Support and product issues. If something unexpected happened in the dashboard, tell us which screen you were on and what you were trying to do. Address: [email protected]
- Privacy, data access and deletion requests. The Privacy Policy explains what data we collect and how long we keep it; for users in Türkiye, your rights under KVKK and how to submit a request are also covered in the KVKK Privacy Notice.
- If SeolinBot is causing problems on your site. The SeolinBot page explains how to identify our crawler, what it does and how to block it.

Your Google connection
Search Console and Analytics connections are optional and read-only; the relevant sections of the Privacy Policy name the scopes we request and exactly what we read with them.
You can remove the connection yourself: in the dashboard, go to Settings → Connections → the connection's Manage connection page → Remove connection. This deletes the encrypted tokens we store and stops pulling data through that connection.
Removing the connection in the dashboard doesn't automatically revoke the permission you granted in your Google account. You can also remove that permission yourself at any time, independently of us: Your Google Account → Third-party apps & services.
