3. Method of collection
Your personal data is collected electronically through the sign-in with Google and Google account connection flows (Google OAuth), the forms on our website, cookies, the automatic logs of our servers, and the measurement script that Cloudflare adds to our pages.
4. Transfer
Your personal data is transferred to the following recipients, limited to the purposes above:
- Application server and database: a virtual server (VPS) service provider — the website, the application services and the PostgreSQL database in which personal data is stored run on the same server
- Domain, email routing, content delivery, security and site measurement: Cloudflare (US-based) — all requests to the site (including IP address and request information), emails sent to our domain, and Cloudflare Web Analytics measurement data
- Google (US): only the Google services you choose to connect (Search Console, Analytics). The Google measurement APIs used in audits (PageSpeed Insights, Chrome UX Report, Web Risk) are currently disabled; when they are enabled, no personal data is sent to these APIs, only the public URL of the audited page.
- Emails you send us: the email service provider that hosts our mailbox
The data controller is established outside Türkiye, and the providers above process your data on their systems outside Türkiye; your personal data is therefore transferred abroad. In addition, data may be transferred to public institutions and organizations authorized by law, only where required by a legal obligation and to the extent requested. Your data is not sold and is not shared with third parties for advertising purposes.
5. Your rights under Art. 11 of KVKK
By applying to the data controller, you have the right to:
- learn whether your personal data is processed,
- request information about it if it has been processed,
- learn the purpose of the processing and whether the data is used in accordance with that purpose,
- know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom it is transferred,
- request its correction if it has been processed incompletely or inaccurately,
- request its erasure or destruction within the framework of the conditions set out in Art. 7 of KVKK,
- request that the correction, erasure and destruction operations be notified to the third parties to whom the data has been transferred,
- object to a result to your detriment arising from the analysis of the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
- request compensation for the damage if you suffer damage due to the unlawful processing of the data.
