An SEO tool's job isn't to give you more data. It's to help you make clearer decisions.

Most SEO tools hand you a long list of issues and leave the hardest part to you:

  • Which one first?
  • What exactly should I do?
  • I did it — did it work?

Seolin exists to answer these three questions.

How does Seolin work?

  1. Find

Crawls your site and, if you connect Search Console and Analytics, reads your real search data too. Surfaces issues and opportunities.

  2. Prioritize

Puts work that blocks search first and ranks measurable opportunities by their value. Every task says why it's in that spot.

  3. Implement

Each task tells you, step by step, what to do on which page. When you're finished, you click “Mark as done”.

  4. Observe

Seolin compares the period after that task with the baseline and shows what changed — as an observation, not a guarantee.

No Google connection required. The technical audit works without one; search opportunities and measuring what happens after each task unlock once you connect Search Console.

Not a report. A workspace.

An audit report names the problem and stops there. Seolin stays with you from the moment it finds the work to the moment it shows you what happened next.

Next task

Update the product page title to match the search topic

/products/standing-desk

What we found
The page ranks on page one (avg. position 7.3) but gets fewer clicks than that position would suggest: 3,280 impressions, 0.9% CTR.
Why it matters
The ranking is already good; what's being lost is clicks. No content or link-building work needed.
What to do
  1. Match the “adjustable standing desk” search in the title.
  2. Say what the page offers in a single sentence in the description.
  3. Publish, then click “Mark as done”.

What happened afterward

  1. BEFORE

    6 clicks · 1,707 impressions · avg. position 13.5

When added to the plan · 28 days

  2. August 19 · task completed

  3. AFTER

    54 clicks · 1,989 impressions · avg. position 8.6

    Next 28 days

An increase in clicks was observed in the 28 days after this task.

This is an observation; on its own, it doesn't show what caused the change.

Example adapted from the dashboard's own interface; the numbers are representative.

Every metric is tied to its real source

Every number on your dashboard has a source, and that source is shown on screen. We don't show estimated traffic or modeled search volume.

Google Search Console

Real queries, with clicks, impressions, click-through rate and average position.

Google Analytics 4

Sessions and conversions, broken down by landing page and channel.

SeolinBot

Our own crawler: it visits your site at one request per second, and the crawler page spells out exactly what it does.

Search Console and Analytics connections are optional — the technical audit works without a Google account. When you connect, access is read-only: we read your data and never change anything in your Google account. You can remove the connection from the dashboard at any time. Our Privacy Policy names the scopes we request and exactly what we read.

The technical audit doesn't need a Google account. Connect Search Console and GA4 later and the same report goes deeper.
